A bstract Chaotic scattering is a manifestation of transient chaos realized by the with non-integrable potential. When initial position taken in potential, particle initially exhibits chaotic motion, but escapes outside after certain period time. The time to stay inside potential can be seen as lifetime and this escape process may regarded kind instability. type exists Banks-Fischler-Shenker-Susskind (BFSS) matrix model which has flat directions. We discuss instability reducing system an ansatz simple dynamical present associated fractal structure. also show singular behavior delay function compute dimension. This basic mechanism membranes are unstable, common supermembranes at quantum level.
